परिचय

CNC: Computerized Numerical Control (Computer + Numerical Control)

सीएनसी: कम्प्यूटरीकृत न्यूमेरिकल कंट्रोल(कंप्यूटर + न्यूमेरिकल कंट्रोल)

• Cnc is the general term used for a system which control the functions of a machine tool using coded instructions processed by a computer.

• सीएनसी एक प्रणाली के लिए प्रयुक्त सामान्य शब्द है जो कंप्यूटर द्वारा संसाधित कोडित निर्देशों का उपयोग करके मशीन टूल के कार्यों को नियंत्रित करता है।

• Numerical control is a programmable automation, in which the process is controlled by numbers, letters, and symbols.

• न्यूमेरिकल कंट्रोल एक प्रोग्रामेबल ऑटोमेशन है, जिसमें प्रॉसेस को नंबर्स, लेटर्स और सिंबल द्वारा कंट्रोल किया जाता है।

• CNC machining is a process used in manufacturing Area that includes the use of computers for control Machine tools such as laths, mills and grinders.

• सीएनसी मशीनिंग निर्माण में प्रयुक्त एक प्रक्रिया है वह क्षेत्र जिसमें नियंत्रण के लिए कंप्यूटर का उपयोग शामिल है मशीन टूल्स जैसे लाथ्स, मिल्स और ग्राइंडर।

The sequence below shows the main stages involved in producing a component on a cnc system:

नीचे दिए गए अनुक्रम में एक cnc प्रणाली पर एक घटक के उत्पादन में शामिल मुख्य चरणों को दिखाया गया है:

• A part program is written, using G and M codes. This describes the sequence of operation that the machine must perform in order to manufacture the component. This program can be produced off-line.ie, away from the machine, either manually or with the aid of a CAD/CAM system.

• जी और एम कोड का उपयोग करके एक भाग कार्यक्रम लिखा जाता है। यह ऑपरेशन के अनुक्रम का वर्णन करता है जो घटक के निर्माण के लिए मशीन को प्रदर्शन करना होगा। इस कार्यक्रम को मशीन से दूर, या तो मैन्युअल रूप से या CAD/CAM सिस्टम की सहायता से उत्पादित किया जा सकता है।

• The part program is loaded into the machines computer, called the controller. At this stage, the program can still be edited or simulated using the machine controller keypad/input device.

•  भाग प्रोग्राम को मशीन कंप्यूटर में लोड किया जाता है, जिसे नियंत्रक कहा जाता है। इस स्तर पर, प्रोग्राम को अभी भी मशीन नियंत्रक कीपैड / इनपुट डिवाइस का उपयोग करके संपादित या सिम्युलेटेड किया जा सकता है।     

                                                                                                                                                   

• The machine controller processes the part program and sends signals to the machine components directing the machine through the required sequence of operations necessary to manufacture the component.

•   मशीन कंट्रोलर पार्ट प्रोग्राम को प्रोसेस करता है और कंपोनेंट बनाने के लिए जरूरी ऑपरेशंस के जरूरी सीक्वेंस के जरिए मशीन को निर्देश देने वाले मशीन कंपोनेंट्स को सिग्नल भेजता है।

In simple sentence, the CNC machine is an automatic machine working by computer where the whole machine is controlled by G or M code and through these codes any parts are coded by their coordinate diagrams by cnc machine parts. Is prepared.

साधारण वाक्य मे सी एन सी मशीन एक कंप्यूटर द्वरा कार्य करने की आटोमेटिक मशीन है जहा पर पूरी मशीन को G or M कोड से नियंत्रित किया जाता है व इन कोड के माध्यम से किसी भी पार्ट्स को उनके कोर्डिनेट डाईग्राम से कोड करके cnc मशीन दवारा पार्टस तैयार किया जाता है।
